Your statutory rights are not affected by these terms and conditions. 

SHIPPING

All orders are subject to availability.

If an item is out of stock we will email you within 24 hours of your order being placed.

We send our orders first class post within 24 hours, which means they should be received, at the latest, within 3 working days of the order being placed.

RETURNS

You may return your order within 14 days of receipt for a full refund or exchange, excluding postage, providing your purchase is returned to us undamaged and in the original packaging.

We recommend sending returns by recorded delivery and keeping proof of postage.  Returns must be sent at your own expense to: Jolie Étoile Jewellery, Rynehill House, Kingham, Chipping Norton, Oxon, OX7 6UL

DAMAGED GOODS

We make every effort to ensure our products arrive undamaged.  If, however, an item arrives in a damaged state, claims must be made within 5 days of receipt to: [email protected]
